Yet most executives are eating poorly, sitting all day, and working from a sleep deficit.

We start with a comprehensive assessment of your current lifestyles that provides insights into your strengths and weaknesses. Then work with you to develop: 1) daily healthy eating habits with personalized, nutrient-dense foods to fuel your demanding life; 2) effective and time-efficient strength training that allows you to sustain long days of work and travel more comfortably; and 3) a sleep hygiene strategy that will bring deep slumber each night.

Team Programs

Sports nutrition is a specialization within the field of nutrition that partners the study of the human body and exercise science. Sports nutrition is transitioning from MINIMAL health to OPTIMAL health.

Strength training is integral for any athlete, especially as we get older and muscles are atrophying at the rate of 4% per year after the age of 40.

Sleep is the bedrock of all recovery, physical and mental.

Together, we will develop daily eating habits that include nutrient-dense foods to fuel your workouts and elevate your performance, energy and recovery; an effective strength training program that provides a rock-solid foundation upon which to build your athletic endeavors and avoid injury; a sleep hygiene strategy to facilitate the rebuilding and repair process, and optimize athletic performance. All of this will also promoting overall health and wellness.
